The Havana Skirt is fun and flirty. This 3-tiered skirt is the perfect length to be worn at your hips or high-waisted. The elastic smock waist ensures a comfortable fit for a wide range of sizes. Free size fits ladies size 8-14. They can also work as a longer skirt on girls from about age 8+.

Hand tie dyed using professional grade fibre reactive dyes that will not run or fade in the wash.
