The following sizes are my personal estimates compared to Australian ladies sizing (keep in mind that the style of these is very free flowing and the fabric quite stretchy, so the sizing is quite flexible):
S - 10-12
M - 14
L - 16
XL - 18
XXL - 20
XXXL - 22-24
